Focus: Single Leg Stability – The toe touch test looks at the entire posterior chain of muscles that go from the bottom of your feet to the top of your head. I like to use one exercise for each major movement pattern, squat, hinge, etc. to make sure we aren’t missing anything, especially for a generalized program like this one.
